The Friday Mashup: Take 2

Good morning! Happy belated Mother's Day to all you special moms out there! I hope you had a great day yesterday. Since my mom is out of town, I spent the evening with the in-laws. We had a turkey dinner with all the fixings and then we enjoyed the cheese cake I laboured over on Saturday :) It was pretty yummy :) Here's how it turned out:

Now onto the challenge! I loved Amy's quick and easy tutorial on how to use 4 different designer paper pieces to make 4 cards over at the Friday Mashup, that I wanted to play along again.

  1. Create a project using "the sketch".
  2. Create a "set of cards".
  3. Or Mash it Up and create a "set of cards using the sketch".
I mashed it up again to make three Mother's Day cards and one generic card. The first photo is of one of the cards solo, and the others are in subsequent photos. I quickly made one of the cards Saturday morning as I was meeting my step-mom-in-law for breakfast, then I made the rest of the cards when I had more time later in the day :) I liked how they turned out!

Thanks for stopping by today and I hope you enjoy the rest of your week! :)
